Marco was called to the bar in 2013 and has dedicated his practice to providing passionate advocacy to each of his clients. Marco’s cases involve a wide variety of child protection and family law issues that have become reported decisions setting ground-breaking precedents. As a strong proponent of the administration of justice, Marco’s focus is ensuring fairness towards his clients who have matters before the Courts.

Whether it’s assisting same-sex couples with their fertility law needs, providing legal advice regarding complex property matters, or all matters involving defending families against Children’s Aid Societies, Marco prides himself on his trial advocacy talents and obtaining the best possible results for his clients.

Marco also provides representation to various First Nations in litigation matters involving child welfare authorities, as well as providing consultation and legal support to Indigenous communities. Some of Marco’s recent assignments with First Nations include developing protocols for matrimonial property on reserves, drafting by-laws, and developing child welfare portfolios.

Marco represents individuals at all levels of the courts in Ontario, including expungement hearings at the Child and Family Services Review Board. ​

Marco speaks French, English, and Italian. ​
